ZARIA Signature Retreats : Cancellation Policy

DEPOSIT

  • 100% deposit refund for cancellation 60+ days before retreat start date.

  • 50% deposit refund for cancellation 30-59 days before retreat start date.

  • 0% deposit refund for cancellation 0-29 days before retreat start date.

  • Deposits ARE transferable to another person.

  • Deposit Credit may be applied to another Signature Retreat within 1 year (not independently hosted retreats). If ZARIA does not offer another Signature Retreat within 365 days, refund is issued according to the initial refund schedule.

REMAINING BALANCE

Remaining balance will be AUTOMATICALLY charged on the date declared by the retreat to the same payment method as deposit, unless communicated by customer in advance.

$50 charge for refused / returned charges.

100% remaining balance refund available for cancellation 30+ days before retreat start date.

0% remaining balance refund available for cancellation 0-29 days before retreat start date.

Hosted Retreats : Cancellation Policy

Determined by the independent Retreat Host. For deposit and remaining balance amounts and dates of charges, please refer to your Retreat Host's policy. ZARIA is not responsible for retreat Host deposits, refunds or charges.

Hotel Stays : Cancellation Policy

Determined by the booking platform used (ie, booking.com and Airbnb.com have different cancellation & refund policies. We abide by the policies set by our partner booking sites).

For bookings made directly through ZARIA, 0% Refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of your stay. 50% Refundable if cancelled 1-3 days before your stay, and 100% refundable if cancelled 4+ days before your stay begins.
